Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at virtualgolf@alliancenortheast.com. Cancelation requests within 24 hours of the reservation time will not be refunded, NO exceptions. Reservations may be transferred to another player, instead.
