Terms and Conditions

 

Rates | Rates include green fees, cart fees and GPS for 18 holes.

 

Groups | If your group has fewer than 4 players, you will be paired with others to create a group of 4. From time to time, your tee time may change as we create full groups.

 

Twilight Reservations | Completion of 18 holes at twilight hours is not guaranteed.

 

Practice Range | From time to time, practice range tees will be restricted to artificial mats.

 

Cancellation & No-Show | The full fee will be charged for each player who no-shows or cancels less than 20 hours in advance of the reserved starting time. You may cancel or modify reservations in your profile online or by contacting the golf shop. In the event your group is downsized, Oxford Greens reserves the right to create a foursome.

Golf Cart Use and Rental

Operation | Carts may only be driven by golfers age [16]+ with a valid driver's license. Operators must follow all posted cart rules and course restrictions, keep carts off tees, greens, and restricted areas, allow no more than two riders, and never operate a cart while impaired.

Usage | Singles will be paired with another guest – a maximum of 2 carts will be issued to 4 players. Handicap cart privileges are extended to qualified individuals who possess state-issued IDs, handicap parking disability placards or doctor’s certifications.

Damage | The golfer who signs out a cart is financially responsible for any damage to the cart, the course, or other property while it is in their possession, beyond normal wear and tear, including damage caused by their passengers. Repair costs will be charged to the payment method on file.

Assumption of Risk and Release | The golfer understands that cart use involves risks such as tipping, collisions, uneven terrain, and flying golf balls, and voluntarily assumes those risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the golfer releases The Golf Club at Oxford Greens, Alliance Golf, and their employees and agents from any liability for injury, death, or property loss arising from cart use, and agrees to cover any claims brought by third parties as a result of their or their passengers' cart use.

Incidents and Privileges | All accidents or damage must be reported to the Pro Shop immediately. The Club may suspend cart privileges for unsafe operation or rule violations.
